Personalised Orders
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please double-check spellings, dates, and design details before confirming your order — we engrave exactly what you submit.

Non-Personalised Orders
You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, credit, or full refund — no fuss.
