Products & Personalisation
We engrave exactly what you send us — including typos. Please review all personalisation carefully. Once an item is made, we can’t change it.

We reserve the right to decline designs that are offensive or violate copyright.

Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we’ve reviewed any custom requests. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you directly.

Pricing & Errors
We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate. If we make a mistake, we reserve the right to correct it and either honour the order or offer a refund.

Intellectual Property
All product photos, designs, and original artwork remain the property of Corsaire Creations. Do not reuse our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, customs, etc.). Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
